STORE RULES

We have a great new location, and now that we have a lot of parents, kids & grandparents coming into the store regularly, we want to have an all-ages appropriate environment. We want parents & grandparents to feel comfortable leaving their 8 year old child alone for a few hours so they can get some shopping done at Towson Towncenter mall or have dinner while their kids are having fun in a safe environment.

1. No profanity or inappropriate conversation. (ie. sexual or drugs)

2. Good hygiene required to play in the store. (Use deoderant & mouthwash, especially)

3. Do not bring ANY product that has not been paid for from the store into the lounge area or couches. (this includes DICE)

4. Put all trash in trash cans immediately, except for food trash which must be taken to an outside trashcan.

5. Food can NO LONGER be consumed in the lounge area.

6. Everyone in the store is to be treated with respect at all times.

7. No one is to sell anything in the store ever. You will be banned for this.

8. If you damage store property you will be charged for repairs.

9. Shouting or threats will never be tolerated.

10. The game area is available for anyone at any time unless there is a scheduled event that requires the space.

Where are your back issues & how are they organized?
Look behind the latest issue on the rack. If it's not there, check the back issue bins.

When are new comics available each week?
Wednesday at 12pm.

When can comics be delayed?
Every time there's a national holiday you should check to see if new comics will ship on Thursday that week.

Where should I park?
Check this map. We validate parking for one hour at the Towson Commons garage with purchase Parking is also available behind “The Kent”.

I don’t see it on the shelves; can you get any comic for me?
We can order anything that is available through the monthly catalog, Previews. They do not stock back issues, however. If a comic is more than a month or two old, they probably won't have it.

Does it cost anything to play in the game room?
No, gamers are welcome to play and encouraged to do so. We're trying to create a sense of community throughout the Baltimore game scene.

How do I get 10% off when playing in the game room?
Play a game. All gamers get 10% off game-related product for the day.

Can I start up a roleplaying game in the store?
Yes.

Can I start a card tournament?
Possibly, depending on day and availability. We do run tournaments throughout each month, so please check our Tournaments page for the latest info.

Can I buy just one bag and board for my comics?
Yes.

Where can I find the most recent issue of a comic?
We have a whole rack entitled “New Releases”.

Where can I find a brand new game book?
All the gaming books are located next to the counter on book shelves.

Can I bring food into the store?
Not anymore. Sorry!

How do I find out when your tournaments and events are?

When do you have late-night gaming hours?
We do, but it is dependent on the number of gamers.

Can we bring our own games to play?
Yes. We welcome new gamers and encourage new games and new gamers.

Do you sell Heroclix singles?
No.

Mage Knight singles?
No.

What do you sell/carry?
We have most new comic books and accessories, Magic cards, Booster packs and accessories, Heroclix, Mage Knight, Warhammer, Graphic Novels, related T-shirts, related posters, Warhammer paints and supplies, action figures, dice, Vampire: the Requiem, and candies and drinks.

Will you kick my @$$ if I swear?
If you are slower and weaker than us, then yes, and chances are that we will.

Do you buy Yu-gi-Oh?
No.

Toys?

Back-issue comics?
Not for the time being.

Used graphic novels?

Imports?
Rarely.

When can I bring in stuff to sell you?
Magic on Wed. thru Sun.

How can I learn to play these games?
We are happy to demo any games we're familiar with. Call for times.

Why did you move?
Due to a new location being available that offered gamers a larger, more friendly gaming room.

Do you still rent Anime?
No, it became too expensive.

Do you do Friday night Magic?
Yes.

Are your tournaments sanctioned?
Currently Magic, Heroclix, Mage Knight, Mech Warrior and VS. Eventually we plan to add Yu-gi-oh.

Will you be doing Rogue Trader tournaments?
No.

Do you carry DVD’s?
Not at the moment.

I am a local comic artist/writer, will you sell my comics?
Yes.

Can you help me publish my comic/cartoon?
Yes, we can help with both print publishing and online strips. we encourage you to promote your online strips on our website for FREE!

Can we run our booster draft at any time?
Yes, you can.
